Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms. Please read before reaching out.

Payment

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before final file delivery.

• Accepted payment methods: Stripe and PayPal.

• All prices are in USD.

Cancellation

• Full refund if cancelled before work has begun.

• Deposit is non-refundable once the sketch stage has started.

• If cancelled mid-process after the sketch stage, a partial refund will be issued based on work completed.

Revisions

• Each commission includes two revision rounds at the sketch stage and one round of minor refinements before completion.

• Revisions beyond this are available at $25 per round.

• Major changes requested after sketch approval (composition, character, concept changes etc.) are treated as a new commission.

Usage & Rights

• All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial licensing as been agreed and paid for upfront.

• Commercial use includes but is not limited to merchandise, advertising, promotional material and resale.

• I retain the rights to share all commissioned work in my portfolio and social media unless privacy has been requested and agreed upon before work begins.

File Delivery

• Final files are delivered as high resolution JPG or PNG.

• Working files are not included unless specifically discussed and agreed upon at an additional rate.

• Files are delivered digitally via email or file sharing link.

Turnaround

• Estimated turnaround times are listed per tier on the commission page. Keep in mind that these are estimates, not guarantees.

• Rush delivery is available at an additional 35% of the base rate, subject to current availability.

• I will communicate proactively if there are any delays.

What I won’t do

• NSFW or explicit content

• Extreme gore or graphic violence

• Realism

• Highly technical machinery

• Complex backgrounds

• Political or offensive content
